One of the advantages of the tools we use is that we start delivering functional versions of your app or system straight out of our first meeting. We take the approach of "necessary and sufficient" requirements and design. That is to say, we undertake sufficient discussion, consultation, and analysis work to understand your requirements, but only what is minimally necessary to deliver the outcome.

This means you will see results in days, not weeks or months.

Paired with use of low-code technologies to build your solution, our standard timelines are one-third that of full-stack developers - and therefore one-third the price! We use a hybrid of agile and waterfall development to deliver our projects, working in weekly sprints with weekly check-ins with you to showcase our work and gather feedback.

We know it - the client experience of the development industry is terrible and we have set out to change that. Our development projects are executed in the spirit of partnership, with efficiency & transparency, and with a high-level focus on consistent communication with our clients.

We carry out development in ‘sprints’ - rapid segments of work, with allocated time for showcasing & delivering to the client throughout the build. The length of each sprint is tailored for each project. Once the high-level timeline is agreed, we setup a standing weekly meeting (usually over Zoom) with our clients to showcase the work done in the prior week and agree on the scope for the next sprint.

This allows us to gather more feedback, more frequently, and deliver a finished product that is co-created by you. More importantly, it allows you to oversee the scope and ongoing development of your project in real time.
